I am a Mindful Plant Based Chef with over a decades worth of experience creating plant based delights. My favourite way to support the healing of others, is by creating nourishing meals aligned with nature. I design menus specifically for the needs of your guests and take into consideration the intention of your retreat or event, offering a completely bespoke experience.

My healing journey with food has taken me on a wild ride, over the last 15 years. I have tried and tested most food trends, detoxes and cleanses you can think of. All of it led me back to same truth- food can be a powerful form of medicine and I believe that cooking and consuming foods closest to nature, brings the best alignment of mind, body and soul.

My menus are created with passion and my food is cooked with love. When I am in the kitchen, I channel my Persian roots, where cooking and eating food with family and community is a strong part of the culture. You will taste this in my food.

My menus are naturally vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free. All other allergies can be catered for.
